By making any reservations or purchasing any services from Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine, or by using the catcharide.com website and accessing any information provided therein, the undersigned, on behalf of themselves, their relatives, representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby acknowledges and expressly agrees to the following terms:

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine arranges travel services through coach companies, hotels, transfer operators, and specialized suppliers. While every effort is made to select reliable suppliers, Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine does not have total control over these entities and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions. The travel services provided are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these suppliers, including their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets, vouchers, and international agreements.

Neither Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine, catcharide.com, nor any of their shareholders, directors, officers, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors, and/or assigns (collectively referred to as “Catch-A-Ride”) shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether physical or mental, resulting from delays, equipment substitutions, acts or omissions, negligence, or commissions of any third-party supplier providing accommodations or services herein. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, terrorism, war, labor disputes, civil unrest, changes in itinerary beyond the control of Catch-A-Ride, or other causes.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine is not liable for changes to any itinerary due to inclement weather, traffic, acts of terrorism, or war. Every effort will be made to reschedule events where possible. In cases where rescheduling is not feasible and attendees cannot participate, no refunds will be issued; however, a portion of the cost may be refunded.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip if a minimum number of seats are not sold. In such instances, those who have registered will receive a full refund.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine reserves the right to decline any guest for any scheduled trip at any time.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, claims, accidents, or delays caused by transportation providers or other service providers, including but not limited to train, bus, ship, airplane, or other service providers, or any hotel owners, managers, or employees. Therefore, Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government actions, or other causes.

The carriers, hotels, and other service providers listed on this website are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine or its affiliates. Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of these suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from these occurrences.

Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine has no liability and will not issue refunds in the event of delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure events, or other causes beyond their direct control. They are not responsible for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or actions of any government or other authority having jurisdiction over Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine.

In addition, in no event shall Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine, their respective suppliers, or vendors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or connected with your access to, display of, or use of this website. This includes delays or inability to access, display, or use this website, reliance on opinions appearing on this website, computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website, or any other events arising from your use of this website, whether based on negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or other theories, even if Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine, their respective suppliers, or vendors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refunds are not provided; ride credits only. Tickets are not transferable to other students. Reservations may be cancelled up to the end of the business day 14 days prior to the departure date, with the ticket holder receiving a one-time credit for a future Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine bus trip. Once ride credit is applied, no further transfers or exchanges are allowed. A transfer fee of $45 will be applied, along with any price difference in tickets, within the same trip and location, subject to availability. Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged within one week prior to the departure date. Tickets purchased after the 14-day policy period do not qualify for credits, exchanges, or transfers. Cancellation credits must be used by the end of the school year in which they were issued and are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash. All ride credits remaining unredeemed by the end of the school year in which they were issued will be considered void and forfeited. Tickets are not transferable between customers.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, travel is prohibited. Proof of a positive test must be provided. A ride credit will be issued and must be used within the school year it was issued.
