Our headquarters are in Chicago, where we are the official Limousine and Bus of the Chicago White Sox, Cubs, Bulls, Fire, Rush and Slaughter, as well as the Chicago Motor Speedway. We do all the work for Harpo Studios (Oprah) anywhere in the Country and handle Major League Umpires in various cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. We do financial Road Shows in all major cities as well as simply supplying airport transfers on both ends of a trip. We are priced competitively in all markets and can accommodate you anywhere in the world.

We recognize true customer service begins with a great place to work. To ensure an even higher level of customer service and efficiency, in September 2015 Windy City Limousine officially moved into our new 40,000 sq. ft. facility housing our executive offices, 30,000 sq. foot shop and 3 acres of parking. Our office staff and shop staff are together for the first time in our history. Our new headquarters is strategically located along all the major Illinois highways. Our state of the art shop facility is equipped with a full service bus car wash and lifts to enable fast turnaround time. The Windy City mechanics have all the expertise in the intricacies of every one of the fleet’s vehicles. They are on location for duty 24/7. Our parts are stored in a secure fenced in area where inventory and a formal check out process is required. Our fleet is meticulously cared for and maintained with the highest level of care. We also employ a professional cleaning service for all of our larger vehicles and motor coaches. We detail our sedans and SUV’s regularly. All of this created only to serve our customers better.
Windy City’s foundation is customer service built on quality assurance programs and a dedicated staff. Our Quality Assurance Department focuses on the following programs:

Each vehicle contains route, traffic, and speed limit information which allows our staff to track and maintain consistent service levels.
A mounted camera triggered by service deviations to hold chauffeurs responsible for safe driving.
- Daily Chauffeur and Greeter Inspections
Conducted by our Quality Assurance department and reported weekly.
