After making your reservations, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your name will be added to the bus check-in list, and you’ll need to show your student ID at boarding.

How much luggage can I bring?

You may bring one piece of luggage (28 X 18.5 X 11.5) for the bus’s luggage compartment and one backpack for inside the bus.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to check in, load your luggage, and choose your seat. The bus will leave promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. 

Will the bus arrive as scheduled?

While we strive to adhere to our schedule, arrival times may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen factors. 

How long does the trip take?

The express trip takes approximately 3.5 – 6 hours, depending on the pickup location and traffic conditions.

Is Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine's name on the buses?

Does the bus make stops or go directly to the destination?

Depending on the passenger numbers and scheduling, The bus may make stops or go directly to the destination. Direct routes are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Can I get off the bus at scheduled or unscheduled stops?

For safety reasons, passengers must remain on the bus during all stops. 

Can I bring an animal on the bus?

No, except for service animals, as other passenger may have allergies or concerns.

Can I drink alcohol, smoke, or vape on the bus?

No, we have a strict zero tolerance policy for alcohol, smoking, and vaping on the bus. 

Will the bus wait at the drop-off location for passengers to be picked up?

No, please arrange for someone to pick you up on time as the bus cannot wait.

Do the buses have restrooms?

Can a schedule bus be canceled?

Yes, Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip due to low bookings, weather, or catastrophic events. If canceled, you will receive a ride credit or a refund depending on the situation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details. 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We offer ride credits for cancellations made up to 14 days before departure. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students. Please see our detailed cancellation policy for more information. 

What if I test positive for COVID-19? Will I get a refund?

If you test positive for COVID-19, travel is not permitted. Provide a positive test result to receive a ride credit, which must be used within the same school year.
