Please review our Affiliate Program paperwork and submit an Affiliate Partner Information Sheet with either a credit card authorization form or direct bill application to affiliatewcl@windycitylimos.com. Our team will review the paperwork, set you up in our system, and send you a COI listing your company as additionally insured along with our affiliate rate sheet.
