Reservations may be canceled up to the end of the business day 10 days before the departure date, with the ticket holder receiving a refund. Any cancellation request occurring 9-2 days prior to service will receive a ride credit that can be applied to future service within the same school year. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation requests within 2 days of service.

Changes can be made up to 2 days before the event date. May be subject to a $45 change fee. 

 Cancellation credits must be used by the end of the school year in which they were issued and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. All ride credits remaining unredeemed by the end of the school year in which they were issued will be considered void and forfeited. Tickets are not transferable between customers.

Peek Protection is offered through our booking platform as a separate ticket insurance policy. If you have purchased the Peek Protect option with your ticket, please follow the instructions via email on confirmation to cancel, as canceling with us will not provide you a refund. You will find your refund link in the “Enhanced Refund Protection” section at the bottom of your confirmation email.
