How do I make a reservation?

How will I receive my ticket?
After making your reservations, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your name will be added to the bus check-in list, and you’ll need to show your QR code when boarding.
Can I bring a cooler?

Coolers are not allowed due to limited space. Passengers may bring up to a 12 pack of soda, beer or seltzers. Cans only – no glass bottles.There will be coolers with ice in the front and back of the bus for your convenience.

Does the bus make stops or go directly to the destination?
The bus will not make any stops in route to/from the event.
Can I bring an animal on the bus?
No, except for service animals, as other passenger may have allergies or concerns.
Can I drink alcohol, smoke, or vape on the bus?
Our event transportation service is BYOB. However, there is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking and vaping on the bus.
Is Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine responsible for lost or damaged luggage?
While we will attempt to retrieve lost items, Catch-A-Ride with Windy City Limousine is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.
Do the buses have restrooms?

  • Full Refund: Cancel your ticket up to 14 days before the event date.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the 14-day window, a 25% ticket fee will apply.

All buses depart 90 minutes after the event ends.
Is there an age limit to ride the bus?
Children ages 10 & up are allowed on the buses with a parent/guardian.
Where do we meet the bus?
Buses will be staged outside of Macy’s – Oakbrook, 1 Oakbrook Center, Oakbrook, IL

Recommended to park in the yellow garage located in front of Macy’s.
